·        Ascertain that all staff are trained, competent and aware of their roles in providing quality products and services;

·        Ensure that acquired products from suppliers are effective, safe and reliable to use; and out-sourced services are of consistent and sufficient quality;

·        Maintain and retain documented information of QMS in accordance with international standards, regulations and directives;

·        Measure, Analyze and Improve the QMS through Performance Evaluation and Data Analysis, Client Satisfaction Assessment, Internal Audit, Management Review Meeting and Control of Non-conformances.
